As I was trying to get my account sorted I realised some of the keys had to be pressed multiple times before they registered, this quickly devolved into some keys (The A, 1, Tab and caps lock keys) not working at all. I have had many laptops and never had a hardware fault straight out of the package like this before, very disappointed with a fault like this going unnoticed. Waiting on a replacement now and will update this review as I get to use the new one more.
