Their customer services have been excellent.The phone is exactly as advertised and works really well. The screen is large, bright and responsive, and the build quality overall very good. I haven't used all the features yet, but it all seems fine. The only downside is the manual that it comes with it, not really up to snuff. I use giffgaff as my network and the settings they send through by text don't work completely, but if you go on line they are all there and you just need to enter them manually and it all works fine after that. It would be difficult to tell the difference between it and a proper Android phone. Easy to sort the home screen or apps out, feels nice to hold in hand. The only thing that worries me is that the phone is really loud, i.e. it makes a weird noise similar to an overheated laptop even though it is just being charged now and I'm not using it at the moment. Otherwise great value for money, ordered it on Friday 16th, the phone was dispatched on the 20th, delivered on the 30th. China Post Tracking wasn't massively helpful but at least there was an update saying that the phone has already reached the UK. I was initially thinking that this would be a basic inferior copy of the samsung s3 but was willing to accept due to it being a 1/4 of the price. This phone is exceptionally good value for money and a seriously good contender to the "real one". it is set up already and within minutes of it being out of the box i was downloading from google play. well made, not to big and easy to use without looking at the manual. Buy as many of these as you need, you will not be disappointed. |
