The packaging was perfect and all was in order. A few hours later I was up and running, the computer was easy to set up, I am no expert and new to Win 7 but it went very well. I was impressed with the small neat quiet tower, and I am very happy with my purchase at this excellent price, and the delivery charge was really more than reasonable. I am sure this desktop pc will suit my needs and hopefully will last as long as my old 7 year old machine. I am looking forward to using all the facilities this machine has on offer. If you need to upgrade surely you cannot go wrong with this deal. It's the smallest and most compact computer I have ever used and therefore I expected some overheating problems, but that has not happened. What I have found though is the the best computer of the eight that I have owned, and some were more expensive. It is fast and precise and inspires a confidence that I have never felt before. I would recommend it to anybody. Just one thing, it is impossible to get at the first memory slot without a fair bit of dismantling but the second slot is quite easy to access by simply taking the cooling fan off. This just requires the removal of four small screws, simplicity itself as is it's reassembly. It was packaged safely and delivered in several days. Installation was as simple as connecting up the cables. I changed from my old PC because it couldn't cope with modern anti-virus software and would slow down immensely as a result. This one copes beautifully and the machine is so quiet. And it's a lot smaller than my old one - so much so that I've got it on top of my desk in front of me (as opposed to underneath) and it's not a distraction or annoying at all. I was new to Windows7 (previously XP) and I have to say it is a vastly superior OS. The DVD drive is really fast (what would take an hour to rip with my old DVD drive now takes 10 minutes) and the ports at the front are easily accessible. As for drawbacks? None, as yet. Although, I got pretty tired of them saying in the promotional blurb "It has a cool blue light for an on-switch". #TotallyLame Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get back to staring in awe at the blue on-switch on my PC ... it's so cool!
